Analytics and integrations that show what works
Understanding how people actually use your site, and connecting it to the systems you already run. The analytics side shows you what's working and where visitors drop off. The integrations side means your site and your other tools talk to each other, instead of you moving data between them by hand.
What's included
- A simple setup like Google Analytics, if that's all you need
- Custom analytics panels showing the activity that actually matters to your business
- How visitors move through your site, and where their attention lands
- Where people drop off, and what's driving sign-ups or sales
- Connecting your site to systems you already use, like a CRM or stock system
- Plugging in a ready-made tool when building custom isn't worth it
- Advice on which systems would actually help you grow
How I approach it
I don't build custom for the sake of it. If a ready-made tool already does the job, I'll connect that rather than reinvent it, and I'll only build custom when something genuinely needs it. And once I can see how people actually use your site, I'll suggest systems or changes that would help you grow, not just hand you numbers.
